	RETURNS We want to make sure you are happy with our products; if for any reason you are not satisfied you may exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and have hang tags attached. Returns must be postmarked, within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) for a full refund. After 14 days, a store credit will be issued. No returns, exchanges, or store credit after 30 days from our ship date. Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase at Sweet Patootie. Shipping on returned items is non-refundable. Sale items may only be returned for store credit or exchanged for other items. Final sale items are non-refundable. Gifts may be returned for store credit if postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Please call or email us to receive an RMA before returning items. Return the item in its original packaging, include the original copy of your sales receipt and the return authorization you receive. Ship it to the address below. We will refund your credit card upon receipt. SHIPPING Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received weekdays after 5 P.M. (EST), weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, before your package is shipped. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or U.S. territories. Weekend delivery is not available. Next day shipping is only available for orders placed Monday through Thursday. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has been shipped. For your convenience we offer shipping via UPS Ground. Our shipping fee schedule is simple. Within the United States, we charge a flat rate of $8.99 for UPS Ground on orders under $150 and free shipping on orders over $150. In addition, express overnight shipping is $26.95. If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure or any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any additional charges that we incur as a result.
